Overview The Sr. Agentic Process Automation Developer designs, builds, deploys, and supports intelligent agents and process-automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role translates business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, standardization, and user experience. Working with business leaders, process owners, transformation teams, technology partners, and support teams, the Sr. Agentic Process Automation Developer leads technical discovery, solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement across multiple automation and AI-enabled initiatives. Essential Functions Partner with business leaders, process owners, and transformation teams to identify, assess, and prioritize processes that can be automated, streamlined, or augmented through AI and workflow technologies. Lead technical discovery by developing use cases, process maps, requirements, value assessments, scope documents, solution designs, and operating procedures for approved initiatives. Design and build scalable process automations, generative-AI capabilities, and custom intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, connectors, data sources, and multiple delivery channels. Implement agent goals, decision logic, human oversight, access controls, auditability, sensitivity protections, and other governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Deploy
