Core Technology Change & Delivery is seeking an experienced Strategic Quality Assurance Lead to drive the development of Quality Assurance and Testing across Core Technology, raising quality maturity and ensuring that quality is systematically embedded in how we plan and deliver change. The role provides strategic QA leadership across Core Technology, with a particular focus on Nordea Quality Standard (NQS) compliance, quality risk management and continuous improvement. The Strategic QA Lead works closely with project and programme managers, technology leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that appropriate testing requirements and quality controls are incorporated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
