Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) Location: Warsaw – hybrid or remote within the EU Engagement: Full-time | B2B or employment contract About the role We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who integrates AI into their daily engineering workflow. You will use coding agents, command-line tools and models to support development while applying sound engineering judgement to architecture, security and code quality. You will own features from data modelling and backend development through frontend implementation and deployment. You will also help shape the team’s approach to AI-assisted software delivery. Your responsibilities Design, develop and deploy full-stack features across backend, frontend and infrastructure. Use AI coding agents and CLI tools to accelerate delivery, critically reviewing and validating their output. Make and document architectural decisions, including diagrams, trade-offs and Architecture Decision Records. Implement authentication, authorisation, secrets management and input validation, addressing OWASP Top 10 risks. Design for scalability through caching, queueing, database optimisation and vertical or horizontal scaling. Develop and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests. Implement logging, metrics and distributed tracing to support proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Mentor colleagues in effective AI-assisted development practices.
