IT Support TechnicianLocation: Columbia, NC Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Salary: Approximately $60,000 annually (DOE) Work Arrangement: Onsite Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled PC/OS Support Specialist / IT Support Technician to provide onsite IT support facility in Columbia, NC.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows-based PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and general IT troubleshooting in a corporate or manufacturing environment.This position will primarily focus on day-to-day PC and operating system support, ensuring that end users and business operations receive timely technical assistance.There may also be an opportunity to transition into a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Operator role in the future, depending on operational needs. PC & Operating System SupportProvide onsite technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and Windows operating systems.Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices.Diagnose and resolve operating system errors, application issues, and hardware malfunctions.Perform PC setup, system imaging, software installation, and device replacement.Support operating system updates, security patches, and routine system maintenance.Assist with user account setup, password resets, and basic access-related issues.IT Helpdesk & End-User SupportRespond to employee IT support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.Provide
