Job Description: Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and technology needs.Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for technology projects.Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to ensure solutions align with business goals. Technical Understanding & Solutioning: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and translated into technical solutions.Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, APIs, and database management.Analyze existing systems and recommend technical improvements or integrations.Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and efficient solutions. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeh
