Set a new pulse for healthcare! We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the DODO team in the Platform domain. Your mission will be to build and maintain the common building blocks of Doctolib's system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset, abstracting and simplifying complex, critical data infrastructure so that product teams can focus on what matters: building faster, better products for healthcare professionals and patients. You will work closely with 600+ engineers across 70+ teams, owning the vision and strategy for data management products that form the foundation of everything we build. Working in the product team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We operate in feature teams within an agile environment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Own and align the 2-year vision for data storage at Doctolib, defining which datastore products we build, which we source off the shelf, and how they serve both the monolith and the growing ecosystem of services around it Define the product strategy and roadmap for data management products used by 600+ engineers, spanning multiple datastores (PostgreSQL/Aurora, Kafka, Debezium, Couchbase), file storage, data access, and data lifecycle solutions Drive reliability, recoverability, and cost transparency across teams, including SLOs, alert ownershi
