Design Leader, Emerging Products (Asana Service Management & Command by Asana) Asana Design is an inclusive and collaborative community of designers from diverse backgrounds dedicated to designing the future of teamwork. We are looking for a hands-on Design Leader to shape two of our emerging products: Asana Service Management and Command by Asana. In this 0→1 leadership role, you will thrive in early-stage ambiguity, partner closely with product, engineering, and research leadership to define the product design vision, and personally craft experiences that drive product-market fit. You will also represent design in strategic forums with senior and executive leadership, driving outsized impact on company-level investments and roadmaps. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
