Learn more about the Ericsson Wallet Platform: Ericsson Mobile Financial Services What you will do As an Application Engineer in Operations, you will help maintain reliable services by investigating severe incidents, recurring problems, and complex application issues. You will analyse logs, code, databases, and integrations, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes. You will support releases, upgrades, emergency changes, automation, monitoring, and performance improvements. You will work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, while contributing to incident reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement. You are a collaborative and analytical professional who can lead or contribute in multinational, multi-site, and cross-functional teams.
