We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with proven expertise in managing software projects, especially in the field of software security related to DevSecOps. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and possess hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. A successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management, risk, and compliance management, and have substantial experience collaborating with software development teams. Project start date: ASAP Budget: 150-170 zł/h Project Length: permanent position Work model: hybrid (8 times per month work from office Cracow) Main Responsibilities Practice Agile methodology, including Scrum & Kanban Utilize Jira and Confluence effectively Manage stakeholder relationships Oversee risk and compliance management Collaborate with software development teams Plan and oversee software delivery processes Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills Work independently and manage self-driven tasks Key Requirements Practical experience with Agile methodologies Hands-on proficiency in Jira and Confluence Effective stakeholder management skills Knowledge of risk and compliance management Experience working with software development teams Involvement in software delivery planning and execution Passion for learning and adaptation Strong self-management capabilities Nice to Haves: Experience in software security, particularly in the context of DevSecOps Recruitme
