About the role Flowen Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the dynamic development team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position where you will take on a strategic yet hands-on role, directly contributing to the design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions. As a senior engineer, you will balance technical leadership with active coding, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and architectural excellence whilst mentoring junior team members and driving innovation across the technology stack. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a pure management position. Key responsibilities Technical handover from the current outsource development team Take ownership of source code, GitHub repositories, AWS infrastructure, environments, and deployment processes Review and improve existing architecture, APIs, database, integrations, and technical debt Design and develop backend services and APIs Maintain PostgreSQL and system integrations Manage DEV, UAT, and Production environments Improve CI/CD, monitoring, logging, backup, and restore processes Troubleshoot production and integration issues Review IAM, access control, secrets, API security, and infrastructure security Review code and provide technical guidance to developers and interns About you 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong backend and system design experience Hands-on experience supporting production systems Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms St
