About the Role We are looking for a Senior Developer / Creator in ServiceNow App Engine Studio to join a temporary 6-month project with a major customer in the pharmaceutical sector, based in Barcelona. The customer has implemented a Citizen Development approach within ServiceNow, enabling employees to develop low-code/no-code solutions on the enterprise platform. The objective is to strengthen this initiative by upskilling the team, promoting adoption, and supporting employees throughout the development process. You will play a key role in enabling Citizen Developers, creating innovative applications, developing prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and promoting best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate combines knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, along with an interest in digital transformation and knowledge sharing. What You'll Do As a Senior Developer / Creator in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, your responsibilities will include: Develop expertise in ServiceNow, its ecosystem, and the services available through the platform. Support the adoption and continuous development of the Citizen Development approach within the organization. Upskill in Citizen Development processes related to software management and application delivery.
