Engineer Tomorrow's Systems. Before launch, ICEYE satellites rely on complex electronics, battery packs, and flight software. Today, these critical workflows depend heavily on manual assembly and verification. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Production Team Lead to modernize, scale, and own this end-to-end area, enabling exponential output while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and operational simplicity. Leading teams across electronics, batteries, software, and testing, you will utilize dedicated capital resources to build an automated, data-driven production environment. What you will own Daily Operations: Lead manufacturing across electronics assembly, battery fabrication, software loading, integration, and functional testing while upholding safety, quality, cost, and throughput standards. Production Architecture: Standardize workflows, takt times, line layouts, and kitting to deliver predictable, repeatable cycle times.
