We are looking for a highly skilled .NET / C# Technical Lead with strong expertise in modern .NET technologies, C#, SQL Server, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should combine hands-on technical excellence with leadership capabilities , including team mentoring, delivery coordination, architectural decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines while ensuring high engineering standards, team productivity, and successful project delivery. You will be working on financial software for investment management firms. Our platform delivers a unified solution across portfolio management, order management, electronic trading, compliance, and risk. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture . Drive technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture , ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Lead and mentor a team of backend developers Build and oversee scalable backend services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security . Ensure robust, maintainable code following OOP principles, SOLID principles
