JustPerform is an enterprise software product in the financial performance management space, supporting workflows in areas such as financial planning, analysis, and financial close. You will work across the full stack, building features on a Vue 3 frontend and a Spring Boot backend, for customers who operate in complex, high-stakes financial environments. This is a role for someone who is past the learning curve of the basics and ready to take on meaningful feature work independently. You will be expected to contribute across both frontend and backend, write code that your teammates are happy to review, and bring a genuine curiosity about how modern tools, including AI, can make you a better engineer.
