This senior individual contributor defines and maintains the system's standards, component architecture, design tokens, governance, and documentation so it remains consistent, scalable, accessible, developer usable, and understandable by approved AI-assisted tools. The designer also creates polished interfaces for new screens, workflows, and features across enterprise products.
