Accountabilities - Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma, progressively developing designs into high-fidelity interfaces. - Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. - Collaborate with experienced designers and cross-functional teams to translate product objectives into intuitive SaaS interfaces. - Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of component libraries and design systems to promote visual consistency. - Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure interfaces are delivered according to design specifications. - Engage directly with customers through online and in-person conversations to understand their needs, behaviors, and challenges. - Participate in field visits in users’ cities, learning to gather real-world insights that support user-centered design decisions. - Use qualitative and quantitative information to help identify opportunities for improving the user experience. - Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a related role, with a portfolio demonstrating design skills and an interest in SaaS products. - Solid knowledge of Figma, including interactive prototyping and component creation, with an interest in developing expertise in design systems. - Understanding of UX fundamentals, including user research, usability, and user journeys. - Knowledge of UI principles, including visual hierarchy, ty
