Innovate. Make an impact. Are you a Senior Java Developer who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, modernizing existing applications, and building solutions that make a real difference? Join a growing engineering team within the banking and financial services industry , where technology meets business innovation. You’ll work on an application supporting periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews, contributing to important regulatory initiatives and business improvements. This is an opportunity to combine strong Java expertise with architectural thinking, modern engineering practices, and close collaboration with talented professionals across international teams. 🚀 What will you do? Analyze and understand the existing application architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization. Develop and modernize the application stack using the latest frameworks and technologies. Design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. Work in a small, agile engineering pod of 4–6 developers, where collaboration and ownership matter. Partner closely with development, testing, implementation, Operations, and Digital teams to deliver regulatory initiatives and business enhancements.
