We are a high growth technology company that delivers web-based software for healthcare organizations to provide and coordinate all service delivery processes. Streamline has been offering software in the behavioral health marketplace since 2003. Streamline has built and maintains systems for some of the premier behavioral health organizations in United States of America, using the latest web-based technology. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, and MS SQL Server. Lead technical design discussions, evaluate implementation options, and help the team make practical architecture decisions that balance reliability, maintainability, performance, and delivery timelines. Develop and optimize database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance using MS SQL Server tools such as SQL Profiler and Execution Plans. Translate business requirements and workflow needs into technical design, implementation, and maintainable application changes. Prepare and maintain technical design documents, low-level design specifications, implementation notes, and supporting documentation for complex features and system changes.
