Software Engineer Location: Belfast Contract: Full time, Permanent EverQuote is seeking a forward thinking Software Engineer to join our market-leading insurance lead amplification platform! As a Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of a platform that connects millions of American home and auto insurance customers to major and regional providers. You will be instrumental in the design and delivery of our main public facing platform and the sophisticated supporting tools that power it. Joining a highly capable, motivated, and fully empowered team, you will work in a fast moving, Agile, and data led environment where a "test and learn" mentality and A/B testing are core to our success. You will shine as a mentor, providing technical insight while being empowered to innovate in both solution delivery and developer productivity. Agent First & Innovation Led: We are an Agent First organization. You will be responsible for pioneering agentic workflows within our SDLC, leveraging Anthropic Claude to boost developer productivity. Our team is committed to cutting edge innovation, leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and advanced analytics data aggregation to drive system feedback and continuous improvement.
