Scrum Master | AI-Driven Agile / BMAD Method Location: 100% remote, Poland Contract: B2B Rate: Up to 160 PLN/h Start date: January 2027 About the Project We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an international technology project focused on modern Agile practices and AI-driven process optimization. The project aims to improve software delivery through AI-supported workflows that help streamline sprint planning, backlog management, task estimation, and team collaboration. AI-generated recommendations support the team's daily work, while human review and decision-making remain essential. We are looking for someone who combines strong Scrum and Agile expertise with practical experience using the BMAD Method or working within BMAD-based processes . Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve Agile processes. Support the adoption of AI-assisted workflows within the development team. Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation supported by AI. Review and validate AI-generated estimates, recommendations, and planning outputs. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective sprint execution. Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through process automation. Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability across the team. Ensure that AI-supported processes align with team goals and delivery expectations.
