Key responsibilities AI/ML Epic ownership and discovery - Taking over existing Epics and creating new ones, mainly in Generative AI: AI agents, assistants and small custom applications hosting agents that replace manual processes. Translating business needs into Epics and Features with clear value, scope and success criteria, prioritizing them by business value, strategic fit, feasibility, dependencies and capacity, maintaining the backlog in Azure DevOps and further developing the prioritization framework together with the team Business stakeholder partnership - Acting as the primary point of contact for business owners across all functions, from middle managers to VPs. Running workshops to uncover real needs, challenging vague initial ideas, helping business owners define success criteria and ways to measure outcomes. Delivery coordination and value realization - Acting as the delivery lead for owned Epics: running agile ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, retros) and working closely with Tech Leads, Data Scientists and ML Engineers to shape feasible solutions. Monitoring progress, dependencies, risks and blockers, and following up on adoption and measurable business valu
