About the role We are looking for a visionary Senior AI UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the user experience across our web and mobile applications. You will blend traditional design mastery with cutting-edge AI engines (Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude, Galileo AI, v0, Lovable, Figma AI) to research, conceptualize, and ship world-class interfaces at lightning speed. Working closely with product managers, developers, and content creators, you will own the end-to-end user experience—from user flows and high-fidelity prototypes to design token systems and AI-assisted front-end specs ready for production. Key responsibilities Utilize AI-driven design tools and generative platforms (Figma AI, v0, Midjourney, Galileo, Claude) to brainstorm, wireframe, and prototype UI concepts at unmatched speed. Translate business requirements and complex functional needs into intuitive, visually engaging UI/UX designs that simplify information and enhance user trust. Design, refine, and maintain scalable, multi-platform Design Systems and component libraries in Figma, maintaining style guides and ensuring seamless developer handoffs. Conduct user research, map out user flows, and perform usability testing to track UX metrics (e.g., task success, feature adoption) and validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation, maintaining consistency in design language across web and mobile platforms.
