Job Description: C# and .NET 10 Application Troubleshooting: Review and understand the existing C# and .NET 10 codebase, architectures, dependencies, configurations, APIs, and data flows. Investigate reported incidents, exceptions, and logs to identify root causes and implement effective workarounds or permanent bug fixes. Utilize approved AI Agents to facilitate code search, code analysis, bug fixing, and test generation while independently reviewing and verifying all generated code before submission.
Conduct functional and regression tests, document causes and impacts, and prepare deployment or rollback plans. Maintain and support all target platform applications, including AskMeGC components, DocuMine, PRAT, Marchive, GC

Part Resell, SMILE, on-flow applications, and e-Legal. Operational Tools, Utilities, and Management Reports: Develop scripts, utilities, and automation tools using AI Agents for data migration, data patching, reconciliation, and other approved operational needs. Implement safe data operation workflows, including input validation, preview/dry-run mechanisms, execution logs, and rollback/recovery procedures prior to production changes.
Build, validate, and deliver operational and executive management reports by reconciling figures against source data and clarifying any assumptions or limitations. Support the design, proof-of-concept (POC), and delivery of new enhancements, use cases, and automations following approved change control procedures.
