We are looking for a hybrid Designer to work on a variety of tasks, from creating websites redesign to creating marketing assets. You will be responsible for designing intuitive web interfaces (like video libraries with advanced filtering and search) as well as creating high-quality brand assets. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related creative field A good understanding of design thinking principles Awareness of visual design fundamentals such as typography, color, layout, and hierarchy Experience organizing complex content into clear, readable hierarchies (e.g., long-form documentation or resource-heavy pages) Strong attention to detail and dedication to creating intuitive, polished experiences Ability to work from an existing visual style guide. Curious and analytical mindset with a natural drive to solve problems creatively Readiness to work with graphical design tasks for part of the time. Preferred Hard Skills: Confidence working in Figma - using components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping tools Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator or InDesign) for document design and asset creation.
