Your mission Build apps the world’s biggest teams rely on, and learn to engineer the way the next decade will Around 1,500 companies, including Oracle, SpaceX, Grammarly and Deloitte, use AppFox apps to bring order to Confluence, Jira, Miro and monday.com. We started from nothing and became a Gold Atlassian Marketplace vendor because of a small, disciplined engineering team that ships often and ships well. AI is changing how software gets built and what it can do. We want engineers who already use it every day, and who want to get properly good at it alongside people who take the craft seriously. The role You’ll be a full-stack engineer in one of our product teams. You’ll work across the front end, back end and cloud infrastructure of apps that thousands of organisations use daily. You’ll own features from first conversation to production, and you’ll have senior engineers around you who want to see you grow. What you’ll do Design and build features across the stack. Smaller ones you’ll own end to end, and larger ones you’ll build with support from senior engineers. Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor and the like) as a normal part of your work, for writing, testing, refactoring and understanding code. You stay the engineer of record for what ships. Write unit and integration tests as a matter of course, and contribute to end-to-end testing.
