Senior Product Designer, Growth (d/f/m) - fixed-term contract - 18 months

As a Senior Product Designer in our Growth domain, you will shape experiences that drive user growth, engagement, and retention across Kleinanzeigen, helping millions of users stay connected, discover relevant opportunities, and actively participate in our marketplace.

As part of the team, you will play a key role in bringing together AI-driven activities and relevant interactions around trading and searching. You will also shape notification experiences that help users return to Kleinanzeigen and engage with the platform in meaningful ways.

You’ll own design across the entire product development lifecycle: From early discovery and problem framing to concept development, prototyping, delivery, and continuous iteration. Working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data specialists, you’ll create intuitive, personalised, and impactful experiences that support sustainable user growth.

As part of the broader Product Design team, you’ll regularly exchange ideas, participate in design reviews, and contribute to a strong, collaborative design culture across the organisation.

The Growth domain focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining users, ensuring Kleinanzeigen remains relevant throughout their buying and selling journeys.
