Descrizione

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a newly established EPAM team taking over an existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagement from the client's current service provider. The team will be responsible for implementing and supporting marketing campaigns for the US market, with activities spanning development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. Operating as an AI-native delivery team, we leverage AI tools and AI-enabled SDLC practices across development, testing, documentation, and other delivery activities. The Developer will work closely with the SFMC team, client stakeholders, and UX/QA resources provided by the external vendor. Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements Support integrations between SFMC and existing enterprise platforms to ensure reliable data flows and consistency Participate in team and client meetings to align on progress, requirements, and technical needs Troubleshoot and resolve development issues, ensuring stable and reliable platform performance Contribute to technical documentation, including workflows, technical designs, and integration points Manage assigned development tasks independently and proactively escalate risks and blockers Collaborate with BA, other Developers, UX, QA, and external vendor teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Contribute to the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled development pra
