IT-Coordinator- Luleå

Our client within the construction industry is looking for an experienced IT Coordinator to support ongoing operations and project activities across Northern Sweden. The consultant will play a key role in establishing and supporting offices and construction sites, ensuring that IT infrastructure, workplace services, and end-user support are delivered efficiently and according to established service processes. The assignment combines site establishment, local IT coordination, on-site support, and 2nd line support responsibilities, requiring a hands-on consultant who enjoys working close to the business in a dynamic project environment.

Site Setup & Infrastructure Coordination Coordinate the establishment of new offices and construction sites within the assigned geographical area. Plan and coordinate WAN/LAN connectivity, printers, workplace solutions, telephony, and other local IT services. Manage supplier contacts and coordinate installations and configurations.

Support the complete lifecycle management of construction sites and office locations. Act as a key resource within the Site Setup service. Maintain and update site configuration information and configuration items (CIs).

On-Site IT Support Provide local IT support to business users according to established service management processes. Support construction sites
