Solution Architect

Critical skills Technology: Workload automation + strong exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow Excellent communication skills (global team, stakeholder alignment) IT system design experience (large-scale, distributed systems) Must-have experience & skills 5+ years of experience in solution/system architecture (or equivalent senior engineering with strong architecture ownership). Proven experience designing large-scale software systems (distributed systems, microservices, APIs). Hands-on or design-level expertise with: Kubernetes (deployment patterns, scaling, reliability concepts) Kafka (streaming concepts, integration patterns) Airflow (or similar workflow/workload orchestration tools) Strong architecture fundamentals: security-by-design, resiliency, performance, maintainability.

Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical designs and guide delivery.

DevOps skills (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code concepts). Testing experience (test strategy, quality gates, non-functional testing). Broader open source stack exposure (Linux, PostgreSQL, etc.) as supportive context for the platform. Observability/monitoring/logging patterns in production-grade environments.
