We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver end‑to‑end IT solutions for projects in the defence and security domain. This role combines strategic architectural thinking with hands‑on collaboration across business and technology teams, in highly regulated and security‑sensitive environments.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or System Architect Solid experience in designing end-to-end system architectures Strong background in systems integration, including work with legacy systems Very good understanding of non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, reliability) Solid knowledge of system architecture, system integration, and data migration challenges TOGAF certification Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions Languages Polish – Fluent / Native English – C1 level
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Experience working with public administration, defence, and/or security organizations Knowledge of NATO standards, including STANAG Experience with embedded systems or real-time environments Exposure to cybersecurity / secure architecture practices Mandatory
