Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a good understanding of software engineering and GenAI-based solutions. The candidate will work closely with the Product Owner, solution architect, and development team to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and support the delivery of the MVP in an agile environment.

Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to clarify business objectives, user needs, and MVP scope. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Decompose business processes into individual workflow steps, defining inputs, outputs, dependencies, validation rules, and decision points.

Analyse and document requirements for LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge integration. Define expected AI behaviour, including output structure, source attribution, validation requirements, error handling, and fallback scenarios. Support the design of human-in-the-loop processes, including user approvals, GO/NO-GO gates, feedback mechanisms, and decision traceability.
