Are you ready to revolutionise the world of wireless communications? Morse Micro is seeking a dynamic and talented Senior RF Test Engineer to join our groundbreaking team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and have a passion for pushing the boundaries of wireless technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Your analysis drives decisions on whether a module is qualified, a design is ready or a release ships. You will test, analyse, compare and document the RF performance of Wi-Fi HaLow (802.11ah) designs for the Hardware Applications team. Using Morse Micro's test equipment and statistical methods, you will measure performance against expected targets, validate the quality of production samples and releases, and report clear conclusions for data-driven decision making. Responsibilities Test - Run conducted (TX/RX) and over-the-air (OTA) RF tests on Morse Micro reference designs and EVKs, third-party modules, customer designs and production samples. You will use commercial Wi-Fi test instruments and Morse Micro's in-house test software. Analyse - Process and analyse RF test data using engineering statistics Compare - Measure results against performance targets, specifications and known-good baselines. Use statistical methods to judge whether differences are real, then summarise the key takeaways. Validate quality - Check lots and samples against limits, confirm that firmware and hardware releases do not regress RF performance, and run capability stu
