We are looking for a Senior Technical Incident Manager to lead business-critical technology incidents for QRT’s US broker-dealer operations. You will coordinate recovery across systems supporting trading, research, execution, and risk while strengthening operational resilience. Your Future Role within QRT · Lead major incidents from triage and escalation through service restoration and recovery validation. · Coordinate technical teams, third-party providers, and regional Incident Managers throughout the incident lifecycle. · Assess business impact, prioritise recovery, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior leadership. · Maintain accurate incident records, timelines, and decision logs in designated ITSM tools. · Lead post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and remediation of recurring issues. · Improve incident processes, controls, metrics, tooling, workflows, and automation. · Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance on regulatory requirements, audit readiness, business continuity, and operational resilience.
