QA Automation – Payment Clearing Systems

Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead quality assurance for a payment clearing platform.

will validate payment processing, financial messaging, settlement, and reconciliation workflows while building reliable automation for continuous delivery. You will also support AI-driven testing and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to improve platform quality and release confidence. Software

Required Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript: 3+ years. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent: 2+ years. API testing using REST Assured, Postman, Karate, or equivalent.

SQL and relational database validation. Git and pull-request workflows. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent CI/CD tools.

Develop and execute a risk-based QA strategy for payment clearing systems. Validate payment lifecycles, ISO 20022 and SWIFT messages, settlement rules, exceptions, and reconciliation. Build and maintain au
