Senior Quality Engineer Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Ness is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across the software development lifecycle for enterprise SaaS products. The role involves working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality product releases through both manual and automated testing. HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY Work closely with the product management and development teams and proactively build in quality across SDLC stages. Certify the functional and non-functional aspects using the QA best standards to deliver top quality products. Take ownership of multiple modules and improve STLC processes. Implement automation for API, Functional or UI features of the product by using the Java, Python & PlayWright based automation frameworks. Use AI / Generative AI to create testing solutions and adapt processes. WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 6-9 years of total experience in testing enterprise software/product with 4+ years of experience in test automation for APIs, APIs, Integrations, and UI. Good experience in AI with practical adoption (AI, Generative AI, prompt engineering, context design, models, evaluation, etc.). Proven experience with automating testing for REST or SOAP APIs and Integrations using necessary tools like RestAssured, Postman, Swagger, Katalon, JMeter, etc. Hands on experience with designs and programming/scripting languages (Java, Python).
