• *CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD** Overview: Job Title: Program Manager - DoD Enterprise IT Support Services Security Clearance: Secret or Higher Location: Quantico, Virginia - Primarily Onsite (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.) Description: C3EL seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise IT support services for the U.S. Marine Corps Education Command (EDCOM). This position will oversee network and systems operations, cybersecurity, help desk services, and audiovisual/video teleconferencing (AV/VTC) support across geographically dispersed Government locations. The successful candidate will combine strong contract and personnel management with the technical judgment needed to maintain reliable services supporting military education and mission operations.
