📢 Join our team as a Business Expert! 📢 As a Business Expert for Cross-Border Payments , you will contribute to our vision of further digitalizing and optimizing payment processing while improving existing workflows for our internal customers through innovative technologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively drive change and develop effective solutions within the cross-border payments domain. You will analyze and design message flows and system integrations, with a particular focus on ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between internal applications and SWIFT services . You will translate business and technical requirements into implementable solutions, including interface specifications, message mappings, and integration concepts. You will also help ensure that SWIFT messages are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and operational standards. Working closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors, you will contribute to the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of SWIFT-based payment processing. You will work with modern IT infrastructure and tools in an agile product development environment. In addition, you will coordinate communication with key stakeholders and provide 3rd-level support for areas including Private Customers, Corporate Clients, Financial Institutions, and back-office units.
