The Director of Enterprise Systems and Services provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for the University’s enterprise application ecosystem. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, security, and integration of core administrative and academic systems, most notably the institutional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. As a collaborative technology leader, the Director of Enterprise Systems and Services bridges the gap between technical teams and campus functional areas. The Director of Enterprise Systems and Services also guides a team of technical professionals, champions modern business processes, enhances data integration and governance, and ensures technology initiative
