OUR WORK MODEL Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Warsaw office 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. YOUR ROLE As a Platform Engineer at Cognism, you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our high-scale development and deployment environment. Working as part of a small but mighty Platform team, your expertise will be instrumental in driving performance, scalability, and developer efficiency across the business. YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES Design Resilient Systems – Architect and maintain secure, scalable, and observable infrastructure to support Cognism’s growing platform needs. Streamline Deployments – Build and manage infrastructure-as-code to enable fast, standardized, and reliable deployments across teams. Advance CI/CD Pipelines – Evolve and maintain CI/CD systems that minimize downtime and maximize deployment speed and consistency. Boost Developer Experience – Create tooling and automation to reduce friction in development workflows and accelerate delivery. Foster Collaboration – Wo
