 OVERVIEW The Sr. D&T Engineer – ServiceNow is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that enable and enhance ITSM, IRM, Employee center, WSD and HRSD processes on the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures seamless integration of internal and external information sources, leveraging modern technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and process improvements across the enterprise. By aligning process design with technology architecture and core enterprise data, the Sr. Engineer delivers end-to-end solutions that strengthen business operations, support strategic decision-making, and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform for the organization.
