Position Overview The Lead Business Systems Analyst is the functional domain lead for client Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) implementations on IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo, including Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF). This role is the functional authority on how the platforms should solve a client's real estate and facilities challenges: it sets the solution direction, makes and owns functional design decisions, and directs the business analysts who carry out detailed requirements and testing work. The Lead Business Systems Analyst works directly with client domain leaders and with globally distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams, and is accountable for the quality of all functional deliverables on assigned engagements.
