Role Purpose The Director of Software Engineering, Platform will lead the design, scaling, and reliability of Neko Health’s core infrastructure. This platform underpins health data, member data, and system reliability across clinics and internal product systems. This role is mission-critical: platform failures directly impact clinic operations and patient care. You will deliver an AI-first platform that ensures absolute resilience and regional scale, enabling the rest of the organization to scale our impact 10X faster. What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Establish a scalable, secure infrastructure platform on Azure supporting health and member data Enable significantly faster product deployment cycles through platform improvements Increase system reliability and reduce operational incidents affecting clinics Build and scale a high-performance platform engineering team (10-15 engineers initially)
