Join a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on developing an intelligent matching and recommendation platform within the public employment and workforce development domain. As an AI Engineer / Data Scientist , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI-powered matching services that connect individuals with job opportunities, training programs, and career development pathways. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and continuously improve AI-powered matching and recommendation engines. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric . Implement semantic search and advanced indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search . Develop matching, scoring, ranking, reranking, and recommendation algorithms. Create intelligent services supporting: Job recommendations Training recommendations Career path suggestions Candidate profile quality and completeness assessments Deploy and manage AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including: Microsoft Azure Azure AI Foundry Microsoft Fabric Azure App Service Docker-based environments Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security, governance, monitoring, and compliance standards.
