About TikCare We revolutionize proactive health management by weaving in human-centric, AI-driven health intelligence into high-impact professions from care providers, insurers to corporates. We go beyond simple monitoring to deliver predictive, personalized, and actionable health insights, bringing together biometric signals, behavioral data, and clinical frameworks through multi-modal AI. We are on a mission to promote human health through proactive and preventive care by making insightful health intelligence accessible and actionable for every individual and every organization. The Role We're looking for a full-time Senior AI Engineer to join our team on-site in Hong Kong. You will build our AI inference infrastructure and user-facing products that process real-world health data and translate it into actionable intelligence for our clients. This is a high-ownership role in a dynamic team. You'll have direct impact on architecture decisions and work closely with our CTO. What You'll Do Architect and ship agentic AI solutions where AI agents reason, plan, and act within corporate workflows Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering our Health Intelligence Engine Build responsive, high-quality web interfaces and cross-platform mobile experiences Drive code quality, system reliability, and engineering best practices across the team Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape the technical direction of the platform Mentor junior engineers,
