Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days in a week to onsite) Job Type: B2B Contract Key responsibilities will be to Analyze, understand the current technical architecture of the existing application Develop / modernize application stack with the latest frameworks Work within a small pod of 4 to 6 developers demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs Your team You will be a key member of a young and expanding team that is part of the Client Onboarding function. We are a small friendly bunch who take pride in the quality of work that we do. As a team, we work on the Periodic KYC reviews application working closely with peers from the Operations and Digital teams as well as other engineering teams. Your expertise Preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master’s degree) Minimum of 12 years of hands on design and development experience in Java, Spring, Kafka Core skills : Java, Spring / Springboot Additional Skills : Microservices , Agentic AI have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams strong analytical and problem solving skills collaborative approach towards problem solving, working closely with other colleagues in the global team and sensitive towards diversity
