Your role As an AI Governance Strategist at Capgemini Invent, you will help organizations define, govern, and scale responsible AI adoption across their business. Working with executives, technology leaders, risk functions, and data teams, you will shape AI strategies that balance innovation, compliance, and business value. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape while establishing robust governance frameworks for both traditional and Generative AI solutions. Your tasks Lead AI governance strategy engagements: maturity assessment, AI risk appetite and policy, target operating model, roadmap and business case. Design and roll out AI management systems aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, up to certification readiness. Run EU AI Act programmes across portfolios of AI systems: role and risk classification, obligations per system, conformity assessment preparation, post-market monitoring. Set up or chair AI governance boards and decision processes; settle classification, risk and human oversigh
