This is a hands-on role focused on software development, system architecture, technical leadership, and supporting successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines deep Java development experience with the ability to work closely with clients, adapt to different environments, and support business and delivery initiatives. Responsibilities you'll have Take technical ownership of multiple projects Design and architect end-to-end backend systems and solutions Supervise and ensure technical quality across projects Support project estimations , including effort, budget, and cost calculations Create and maintain technical designs and documentation Collaborate closely with delivery and business stakeholders Adapt to different client environments , expectations, and technical stacks Work on several projects simultaneously — multitasking is essential Expected competences and knowledge 8+
