Your role As a Senior Data Governance Strategist within Capgemini Invent, you will help leading organizations unlock the value of their data by designing and implementing modern data governance frameworks that enable trusted, compliant, and business-driven decision making. You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, supporting clients in building scalable governance capabilities for data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Your tasks Lead data governance strategy engagements: maturity assessments, target operating model, policies, roadmap and business case.

Design governance frameworks aligned with DAMA-DMBOK and adapt them to modern architectures such as data mesh and federated models. Own the semantic foundation: business glossary, concept model, taxonomies and ontologies; define knowledge graph and metadata standards; run semantic standards and review boards across domains. Stay hands-on: write the standards, model the key concepts, review the quality rules and the catalog content yourself when it matter
