We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, build, support and maintain scalable, reliable data solutions that enable timely, data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The person in this role will own data pipelines, integrations and analytics tooling — including Snowflake and Power BI. The role will combine maintenance of existing integrations with forward-looking adoption of AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and improve data quality. Responsibilities Design, build, support and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines and integrations across the organisation’s data estate. Develop and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI, and related tooling. Take accountability for the quality, performance and operational support of delivered data solutions, including legacy integrations. Champion effective and responsible use of AI-assisted tooling (for example GitHub Copilot, Claude) to enhance development speed, quality and efficiency. Collaborate with Development, Cloud and Security engineering teams to ensure data solutions are architected, delivered and operated securely and reliably. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues related to data quality, performance and integration failures across modern and legacy platforms.
