Summary: This role is focused on leading and delivering key enterprise content and document management initiatives at a strategic level within the organization. The primary goal is to facilitate the transformation and modernization of content management systems to better align with business and compliance needs. Main Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of document management tools (Aodocs, GWS, etc.) to a M365 ecosystem. Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones. Define and implement sustainable information architecture, governance, metadata standards, records management, and collaboration capabilities. Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, compliance requirements, and delivery outcomes. Manage third-party vendors and internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Lead the transformation of regulated content from M-Files to SharePoint Online. Identify and resolve content quality and compliance issues. Coordinate repository clean-up, content rationalization, and migration activities. Drive SharePoint redesign for improved user experience. Oversee migration planning and post-deployment support activities. Act as the liaison between various teams and stakeholders to facilitate technical sessions.
